FarmX: Supporting Women Farmers
Empower Tamizhagam (ET-Impact) along with FarmX, is in the process of supporting and incubating Women Centric Farmer Producer Organizations (FPO/FPC) at Panruti, Cuddalore district, Tamil Nadu, India. To enhance the livelihood of women farmers, we are working on reducing their costs and risks in addition to better prices, technologies, and markets for their produce. This outreach program was conducted to exchange ideas on how to incorporate best practices, and to address the specific needs and challenges of women farmers. Life – Livelihood – Liberty.
