India Supreme Court: No Forced Vaccines

We welcome the Indian Supreme Court’s decision to uphold individual’s rights. 

The SC said that no one can be forced to get vaccinated.  Bodily autonomy & integrity are protected under Article 21 of the Constitution of India. Justices L. Nageswara Rao & B.R. Gavai said “Personal autonomy of an individual, which is a recognised facet of protection guaranteed under Article 21 encompasses the right to refuse to undergo any medical treatment in the sphere of individual health”.
