The Universal Declaration of Human Rights was instituted in the year 1948 on the 10th of December. It is a milestone document striving to protect fundamental human rights.
On this day, global leaders united to make their vision of “the indivisibility of human rights” a reality. We strive to ensure the recognition and guarantee of human rights for all, especially poor and backward citizens.
